Dear Patients,

We know this is a challenging time for everyone and want to keep you informed about our efforts regarding the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to address the situation for our patients and their families.
Patients with symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, malaise, fatigue, or who have recently traveled to affected areas or were potentially exposed to the virus must contact your physician's office to reschedule.

The welfare and safety of our patients is our top priority. We strongly support the efforts of local health officials and government leaders working to contain the spread of the virus, and have implemented these precautions throughout our practices:

• We are pre-screening patients prior to them coming into the office to ensure that they do not have any of the symptoms described and have not recently returned from affected areas.

• We have prepared our teams to respond quickly to developments that could impact our patients, paying close attention to the recommendations from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local governments.

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our office and procedure rooms at all of our offices.

• We are closely monitoring local guidelines that may impact operations and our patients' care.

We thank you for continuing to trust us with your care.
